r444 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Responsibilities

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply throughout:

• "r444" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the r444 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at r444.bar and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the r444 platform, whether as a registered account holder or as an anonymous visitor.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the r444 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

3 Account Registration

To use the r444 platform for real-money wagering, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the r444 platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, different email addresses, or from different devices — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and any other information requested by r444 for identity verification purposes.

• r444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any existing account, at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your r444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends. r444 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you.
• You must notify r444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if your credentials have been compromised.

5 Deposits

r444 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions govern all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and by account tier, and will be communicated within the account deposit interface.
• Deposits are credited to your r444 account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider. r444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

• r444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees at their discretion. r444 is not responsible for any such fees.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your r444 account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability.
• r444 targets a processing time of 1–4 hours for all approved withdrawal requests during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must pass identity verification (KYC). r444 may request a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the account balance includes bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements. Only real-money funds and cleared bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment account. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times constitute bonus abuse and will result in disqualification.

8 Game Rules & Conduct

• Each game is governed by its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with individual game rules before placing wagers.

9 Sports Betting

r444 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international test fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports wagers:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled wager.
• r444 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reverse any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on odds that have been published in error or where irregular betting patterns are detected.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds are updated in real time; r444 is not liable for internet latency or other connectivity issues that may affect the timing of in-play bet placement.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or interrupted, r444's settlement rules will apply as specified in the individual market rules. In general, markets will be settled based on the official result at the time the event is declared complete or void.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the r444 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or any verification process.
• Using the r444 platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error must be returned to r444.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker variants, or any other multiplayer product offered on the platform.
• Using any automated tool, betting bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the r444 platform.
• Engaging in any form of abuse — including harassment, threats, or offensive communications — directed at r444 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access the r444 platform while subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement.

11 Responsible Gaming

r444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling behaviour effectively. The following responsible gaming features are available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

• You may not use any data-mining tool, robot, spider, crawler, or other automated extraction method to access or collect data from the r444 platform.
• The r444 brand name and logo are proprietary marks. You may not use the r444 name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any context without express written authorisation from r444.

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, disconnections, or interruptions in service where r444 has acted in accordance with these terms.
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Loss of data, loss of account access, or any other harm resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in connection with your use of the r444 platform, including decisions to wager specific amounts on specific games or markets.

r444's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms shall not, in any circumstance, exceed the total real-money balance held in your account at the time the relevant liability arose.

15 Amendments to These Terms

r444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, r444 will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the r444 platform, no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which r444 operates. In the event of any dispute arising between you and r444 in connection with these terms or your use of the platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to r444's customer support team at [email protected]. r444 will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Complaints Escalation: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate it to r444's Complaints & Compliance team at [email protected]. The compliance team will conduct an independent internal review and provide a written determination within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Formal Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following Steps 1 and 2, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law. r444 does not exclude or restrict any rights that cannot be waived by law.
